[Salt Lake County]–The Utah Philharmonic Orchestra is pleased to announce the winners of the 2017 Thirteenth Annual Concerto Competition. The judges were tremendously impressed with the extraordinary talent of this year’s contestants. All participants performed to an extremely high standard and each performer should be proud of his/her performance.
